About the Role

Project Manager

NoBull Energy is rapidly expanding our Renewable Energy (RE) Projects pipeline and looking to add a Project Manager to support the team. As a Project Manager for solar energy projects, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy installations. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the project plan.
  • Identify project requirements and work with stakeholders to define and document project goals.
  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and financial performance.
  • Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where feasible.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Oversee contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage any changes or disputes that arise.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and resolve any issues impacting project progress.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure that all aspects of the project meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues or non-compliance matters.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them.
  • Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary to address risks and unforeseen challenges.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, site managers, and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and local communities, to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) managing solar energy projects or similar renewable energy initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards related to solar energy projects.
