  • Active Maryland Special Education teaching license
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a school-based or similar setting
  • Proven abilities in collaboration and classroom management
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Offer specialized instruction and academic support in classroom and small-group settings
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families
  • Provide push-in/pull-out services for a caseload of approximately 10-15 students (OHI, learning disabilities, autism, language impairments)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom community
