We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. Our Investor Services team is an exciting and quickly growing team at Juniper Square that is responsible for tackling high priority workflows for our Fund Administration and Deal Services customers.
We are seeking a Manager to lead a team of Investor Services professionals and own the delivery of exceptional service across a portfolio of Fund Administration and Deal Services customers. You will be responsible for team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, while partnering cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and support the growth of the Investor Services function.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $95,000-120,000 USD and the Canadian base salary range for this role is $115,000-140,000 CAD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
