This position is ideal for an individual who has completed at least two years of college coursework in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field and is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting investment, reporting, and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials while helping ensure the timely completion of critical projects in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and maintain linked worksheets and financial reporting tools.
- Assist with management presentations by developing clear and accurate analyses.
- Update and prepare PowerPoint presentations using financial and operational data.
- Ensure reports, presentations, and meeting materials are completed accurately and distributed on schedule.
- Support ongoing projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications - Completion of at least two years of college coursework in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Data consolidation from multiple sources
- Linked worksheets across multiple tabs
- Report building and financial analysis
- Experience preparing and updating professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and remain productive in a fast-paced environment.
