About the Role

Director Of Leisure

As the Director of Leisure Sales, you will lead our sales efforts in the leisure market, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating with other departments to deliver outstanding leisure experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the leisure industry, and a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the leisure market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of leisure sales professionals, setting clear targets and expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a focus on the leisure or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Passion for the leisure industry and a customer-centric mindset.
