A remote opportunity to join a top-tier M&A advisory firm as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst, supporting all phases of the deal process. This full-time role offers immediate exposure to high-volume transactions, close collaboration with senior leadership, and a fast-paced environment focused on financial analysis, business development, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Execution

• Build detailed financial models using OEM statements and third-party data
• Draft executive summaries to support M&A engagements
• Create financial projections based on macroeconomic and trends
• Support due diligence and coordinate with external advisors
• Manage client communications and project timelines
• Track deal metrics and ensure deadline compliance

Market Intelligence

• Analyze industry trends and internal data to gain industry expertise
• Draft insight briefs on market conditions, regulations, and competition
• Generate CRM reports to identify opportunities and performance gaps

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience in M&A, finance, or transaction advisory
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
