The Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) seeks to fill a non-tenure-system open rank position in the Information Systems area.Appointments for the open position will be at therank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professors of Instruction, depending on the qualifications of the candidate.Teaching responsibilities will revolve primarily around undergraduate and graduate level courses in the information systems area, particularly related to cybersecurity.Candidates will be expected to engage in service activities within the university and the profession.
They are also expected to maintain the AACSB classification that they are hired under.The appointment commences for the fall 2026 semester.
Minimum Education and Experience: A doctoral degree is preferred, but those with relevant Master's degrees and appropriate industry experience will be considered at the application/interviewing stage. Candidates are expected to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, engaging, and dynamic environment comprised of individuals with a range of backgrounds, skills, and perspectives. We are seeking candidates able to deliver high quality teaching using evidence-based practices to effectively engage students from a range of backgrounds and experiences.
