Bilingual French Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who is fluent in both French and English and enjoys building relationships, sourcing top talent, and supporting hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This is a first-shift, contract-to-hire position offering competitive compensation and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across multiple departments.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking efforts.
- Conduct phone and video interviews in both French and English.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements.
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications- Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR-related experience.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
