About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist in the Coppell TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Support employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data
  • Administer new hire orientation and onboarding programs
  • Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee questions
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience required
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Job Details:
  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Compensation: $70,000-75,000 annually
  • Location: Coppell, TX 75019
