Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Support employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Administer new hire orientation and onboarding programs
- Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee questions
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR initiatives
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
- Hands-on payroll processing experience required
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Job Details:- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Compensation: $70,000-75,000 annually
- Location: Coppell, TX 75019
