Key Responsibilities:- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Keep snack areas stocked and organized
- Answer incoming calls on the main line, transfer to appropriate team members, and handle solicitor calls professionally
- Perform general administrative duties to support office operations
- Support cross functional departments with general tasks as needed
- Represent the company with professionalism and warmth as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
Qualifications:- Previous administrative or front desk experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Must have experience working in an office setting
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-service mindset
Job Details:- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Employment Type: 4 month contract
- Compensation: $20-22/hr.
- Location: Dallas, TX 75214
