About the Role
Sr Business Analyst
Duration: Contract
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to leverage data for reporting, dashboards, analytics, managing business processes, and driving process improvements as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
Creation of training materials, reporting and Pilot support.
This resource will support smooth transition from Project Online to One Plan.
Help Create standardized templates, deliver LOB training, adjust user guides, and build training.
Provide support with Pilot rollout.
Advanced MS Excel (ability to work with / fix / write formulas for analysis / dashboard purposes), Power Platform (we are converting MS Access/Excel/VBA to Dataverse, PowerApp, Power Automate)
Knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project, Preparation and tracking of recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual program deliverables that are essential to ensure program success.
Collaborate with program leaders and business partners to share results and communicate program impacts.
