What Makes Someone Successful in This Role: • Consistently finding ways to get deals approved • Strong communication and borrower trust • Close attention to detail • Fast response and turnaround times • Competitive drive and accountability • Confidence in handling complex loan scenarios • Ability to build relationships with borrowers and referral partners • Bringing energy, consistency, and leadership to the team every day Schedule: • Monday through Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • One-hour lunch break • Some evening and weekend coverage expected Why Join Our Team?

Responsibilities: • Take inbound mortgage leads and referral opportunities • Consult with borrowers to evaluate mortgage options and financial goals • Structure loan scenarios and develop approval strategies • Review borrower documentation and financial profiles • Pull and review credit reports • Run AUS findings and assess loan eligibility • Issue and manage pre-approvals • Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from initial consultation through application • Work directly with Realtors, borrowers, processors, and internal team members • Communicate clearly and proactively throughout the loan process • Maintain and update CRM systems and loan pipeline activity • Solve complex approval challenges with urgency and creativity • Deliver a high-level customer experience while maintaining speed and production goals • Compete daily to help the team win business and close more opportunities Qualifications: • An active NMLS license is required • Previous mortgage origination experience required • Proven track record of successfully getting clients approved and closed • Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, HELOC, and DSCR loan products • Strong experience with Encompass LOS required • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong mortgage structuring and problem-solving ability • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Positive, team-oriented attitude • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 plus incentive opportunity
