We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Executive to join our agency team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple client accounts, and has a solid grounding in the core disciplines of digital marketing. You will work closely with our clients and internal team to deliver impactful marketing activity — from managing websites and running email campaigns to setting up paid social and PPC activity.

You will be responsible for:

Website Management

• Update and maintain client WordPress websites, including content changes, landing pages, and blog posts
• Ensure websites remain current, functional, and aligned with client brand guidelines
• Liaise with developers where technical support is required

Email Marketing

• Plan, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns across platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
• Manage reactivation campaigns to re-engage lapsed clients and prospects
• Monitor campaign performance and report on open rates, click-throughs, and conversions

Paid Social & PPC

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other relevant channels
• Support the setup and management of Google Ads / PPC campaigns
• Monitor performance, flag optimisation opportunities, and assist with reporting

Client Communication

• Act as a point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day queries professionally and promptly
• Attend client calls and meetings, providing updates on campaign activity
• Build positive, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders

General Marketing Support

• Assist with broader campaign activity across multiple client accounts as required
• Support the team with reporting, scheduling, and content coordination
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates

The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Digital Marketing Executive are:

We are looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency environment. The right candidate will be comfortable working across multiple disciplines and managing several client relationships simultaneously.

Essential

• Hands-on experience with WordPress (content updates, basic troubleshooting)
• Practical knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign execution
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
• A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently

Desirable

• Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts
• Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
