Job Description
BAE Systems is looking to add a Timekeeper Administrator to their team to support Bargaining Unit Supervisors related to employees time recording. In this position you can expect:
-Responsible for monitoring and correcting hourly employee labor hours into the Autotime time collection system.
-Job requires significant analytical skills, data entry and effective communication skills.
-This position operates in a manufacturing/shop floor environment with frequent interaction with shop floor employees and manufacturing supervision.
-Data entry accuracy is very important in this position.
A flexible work schedule is required to share in the support of holidays, vacation/shutdown periods and weekend payroll closing activities.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience
Familiar with ORACLE and Autotime data systems
Excellent communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Excel
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred data entry experience in a shop floor environment.
Familiar with Oracle and Autotime data systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $44033 - $70454
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
