Job Description Summary
The role, Treasury Specialist, is a member of the Treasury team of GE Aerospace. The role will be responsible for supporting treasury payment infrastructure and bank reporting, support Online Banking, Bank Administration, and other Treasury Transaction Services processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Support payment activities across GE Aerospace
Execute manual and ERP payment runs and requests according to the GE Aerospace policies and guidelines
Provide payment expertise and reporting in manual payments and ERP payment solutions
Partner with cross functional business teams for the execution and support of global payment processes
Support GE Aerospace users with payment and bank reporting inquiries within required SLAs
Lead coordination with banks for service issues pertaining to GE electronic payments and bank reporting.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.
Engage in active job sharing, learning and job rotation across Treasury as business needs arise.
Support treasury objectives relating to any M&A and other portfolio actions.
Ensure operating within the defined risk management and governance framework.
Support cross-training and talent development objectives across the Treasury function.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business
Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Payment Operations or related finance functions
Experience handling high volume payment transactions
Ability to investigate and resolve payment related issues.
Experience using banking platforms and electronic payments.
Spanish and English proficiency
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Desired Characteristics
General understanding of accounting operations
Internal Controls and/or Controllership related experience with demonstrated analytical, problem solving and data management skills
Excellent Excel / PowerPoint skills and should be comfortable with slicing and dicing the information to make meaningful metrics out of huge set of data with concise effective commentary
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience in bank infrastructure process
Portugese language desired.
