We are looking for an HR Compliance Specialist to ensure our organization's adherence to internal processes/policies, employment laws and regulations.This position will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance, communicating law updates, policy development, auditing and special projects as assigned.Your expertise will be crucial in compiling and filing reports such as affirmative action plans and EEO-1 reports, as well as managing compliance software automation.With experience in HR compliance and Office365, you'll effectively manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams to enhance our compliance strategies.
This position will be full-time and remote.

$60,000 - $65,000 per year
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
