About the Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of enterprise financial planning, supporting complex forecasting, budgeting, and executive-level reporting in a highly scaled and data-driven financial environment. You will play a key part in delivering accurate financial insights that directly inform strategic decision-making across leadership teams and the Board. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and business partners, you will help ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency across financial planning processes. The position combines hands-on analytical work with exposure to high-impact financial systems and enterprise reporting frameworks. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A tools, models, and processes in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry. This is a highly collaborative role where precision, ownership, and business acumen are essential to success.

Accountabilities:

You will support end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles in collaboration with FP&A and business partners.
  • Prepare and contribute to executive and board-level reporting packages, including financial insights and performance commentary.
  • Build and maintain financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through validation, reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination with Accounting and Finance teams.
  • Maintain and enhance FP&A systems, including data uploads, reporting workflows, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to financial risk management activities, including governance, controls, and reporting processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across financial planning processes, tools, and reporting standards.
Requirements:

This role requires a strong financial analyst with solid FP&A experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within corporate, financial services, or technology environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
  • Experience building and maintaining financial models and conducting scenario analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience working with financial planning systems and improving reporting workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to executive audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $105,000 to $123,500 USD
  • Annual performance-based bonus
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO) and flexible leave policies
  • Career development and internal growth opportunities
  • Exposure to large-scale financial systems and enterprise-level planning operations
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
