About the Role
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, ITSM, or software development. • Proficiency in automation platforms such as Workato, Azure Foundry AI, or similar tools. • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of API integrations, scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript), and automation frameworks. • Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms and their best practices.
