Profile And Prerequisites

You are registered with France Travail. You have a Bac+5 degree in the industrial sector (nuclear, aeronautics, life sciences), the position is also open to profiles from more general fields such as chemistry or biology. You have experience in project management and first experience in a company. Your initiative and ability to formulate concrete proposals will be major assets for the success of your missions.

Future Missions

As a Project Engineer/PMO, you are in direct contact with our clients on many issues. Your relationship skills and your ability to adapt will be major assets to succeed in this role. You pilot and coordinate the project actors around a shared and validated planning by the stakeholders. The potential clients are EDF, Orano Projects, CEA, ITER. Your main missions are organized around the following points:

• Ensure the operation follow-up of nuclear installations (INB), including the dismantling, decommissioning, and new construction phases;
• Identify and anticipate project risks and opportunities;
• Control the progress through summaries and critical analyses;
• Produce and follow weekly and monthly reports;
• Communicate key performance indicators (KPI) and support project manager decisions;
• Lead progress meetings and manage project interfaces.

Salary And Benefits

Remuneration according to profile, between 35,000 and 40,000 gross annual for junior profiles, evolving according to experience.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process is carried out before a 60-day training after which you sign your CDI and join our partner company.

It is carried out in 2 phases:

1. A preselection by AJC Formation to verify your motivation and the adequacy of your profile with the prerequisites defined by the recruiting company.
2. A hiring interview with the teams of this company, after which it selects its future collaborators and validates their entry into training.

Characteristics

• A 60-day training from Monday to Friday.
• Training date: December 29, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
• Registrations will close 10 days before the start of the training.
• For people with disabilities, we will do everything to make this training accessible. All people with temporary or permanent disabilities will be welcomed in training without discrimination.
• The cost of the training is 8,905.68 TTC. If you are selected by the company, France Travail, after studying your file and your eligibility, may cover up to 4,000 hours of training or 600 hours for certain audiences.
