What You'll Do
- Delivering service both internally and externally
- Serving on client team with advisor(s) as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients, including account openings, all aspects of money movements (journals, wires, ACAT/DTC transfers, RMD's, etc) and account maintenance
- Promptly addressing client inquiries within same day and responding to requests and providing information
- Completing cashiering responsibilities and ACH/wire/check requests
- Maintaining client records and files, ensuring that all data is current and accurate following regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborating with custodian partners (Fidelity, & Schwab, outside custodians, etc.) to ensure accurate processing of client transactions. Downloading and uploading forms, monitoring and verifying changes in the system, resolving issues, and staying current with changing procedures
- Becoming comfortable and proficient in using our different applications (Outlook, Salesforce, Orion, and custodial platforms Schwab and Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete/coordinate all aspects of client service and account maintenance requests
- Fielding client requests and completing tasks, following through to make sure client's needs are met while following compliance standards and requirements
- Managing client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitoring to ensure accuracy
- Participating in weekly CSA team meeting – prepare and contribute thoughts for agendas, raise concerns, suggest solutions, look for and implement efficiency and process improvement
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer
- Accuracy and organization along with follow-up/follow-through skills
- Experience assessing severity of support requests and escalate based on severity
- Team player who shows a client-first attitude
- Proactively anticipate advisor and client needs
- Experience maintaining composure and remaining positive even in time-sensitive and complex situations
- Experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment
- Finance industry experience
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word required (Excel and Salesforce)
- Eagerness to work in a growing practice
- You are trustworthy, ethical, and able to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality.
