Perform payroll from start to finish for a team of around 200 employees.
Collect, enter, and verify all payroll variables.
Ensure the reliability of salary slips in compliance with deadlines.
Conduct consistency checks and monitor any potential anomalies.
Manage employee administrative records.
Prepare documents related to employee departures.
Track leave, absences, and work stoppages.
Handle daily social security daily allowance payments.
Ensure proper integration of absence elements in payroll.
Prepare and verify Social Security Declarations (DSN).
Answer questions from managers and employees on daily payroll topics.
Work Environment
High volume of personnel movements (around 100 entries per month).
Constantly growing portfolio.
Payroll and HR software: Nibelis.
Expense report management software: Notilus.

Excellent organizational skills.
