Apply and come transform with Spassu!The CVs will remain in the company's possession as long as the selection process lasts and for an additional 6 months, for eventual future selection processes, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law.MAIN ACTIVITIES: Keep updated the data models, the logical and physical data structures, keeping them consistent according to the business rules.Ensure the quality of the metadata considering their usefulness for the various sectors of the company.
Participate in the evaluation of automation solutions whenever this interferes with the production and use of information, monitoring the implementation of the models and checking the quality of the database content, thus ensuring their adequacy to the business objectives.
Define the conceptual, logical, and physical modeling of the necessary information to meet the business; Develop, propose, maintain, and update data models, ensuring the normalization of data, eliminating or minimizing redundant data, promoting the consistency of data at the model level to be implemented in the database; Define access security procedures for data; Redefine data models based on particularities in physical implementation to improve database performance; Identify data distribution needs and work with DBAs on physical implementation; Model the architecture and deployment of BI & Big Data systems and indicators and dashboards to support executive decision-making; Design and develop the architecture for data services throughout the technology and platform ecosystem (Relational, Analytical, NoSQL), with the aim of supporting data consumption by BI applications; Promote and develop best practices in BI, with orientation to results and deliveries in the realization of benefits, providing consulting, support, and mentoring to various business areas, with recommendations and guidance for continuous improvement, and support for the established organizational model; Participate in the elaboration and updating of data management and governance methodology; Support the specification of integration mechanisms such as services, ETL specifications, database links, and other integration mechanisms via SGDB; Develop SQL scripts for information validations, report specifications, etc.
Requirements: Complete graduation in the area of Information Technology, or completion of any higher education course accompanied by a post-graduate course certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in the area of Information Technology, minimum of 360 hours.DESIRABLE CERTIFICATION: Possess at least one of the following databases (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, SAPASE, SAP-IQ, MySQL).Desired experience: 3 years of experience in data modeling and integration of large volumes in analytical and transactional environments.
Knowledge in relational and dimensional modeling; Advanced SQL, DDL, DML, DCL; Platforms: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB; Modeling tools: PowerDesigner, Erwin, CA-Gen; Knowledge of integrations via SGDBs, Database Links, and ETL (ex: Informatica PowerCenter).
