One of the largest and most respected investment management companies in the world seeks an Attorney with 5+ years of experience working in a large organization drafting, negotiating and managing procurement and technology agreements.This is a temporary role approved for 3 months in duration with a likelihood of an extension.Work is 7.5 hours/day for 37.5 hours/week.Work is 100% remote but candidates must work during standard business hours.
Position requires: (a) an active license to practice law; (b) 5+ years of experience working for a large organization negotiating complex procurement and technology contracts; (c) the ability to work in a high volume environment (25 contracts at once).Hourly pay rate of $100-115/hr (DOE) + full benefits (health insurance, 401K, etc).If selected, you will be required to disclose all of your family's stocks, bonds, and crypto on a quarterly basis.
This is non-negotiable. salary: $100 - $115 per hour shift: First work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM education: Doctoral Responsibilities • Review and analyze various types of procurement contracts, including agreements related to hosted services, professional services, IT procurement, HR services, licenses, other cloud-based products, and services purchased by the organization. • Review contracts against predetermined guardrails; identify and highlight deviations from standard contractual language and potential issues. • Maintain organized records of all reviewed contracts and corresponding analysis. • Provide recommendations for contract remediation. • Draft and negotiate notices, amendments, letter agreements or other documentation for any contract remediation.
