Infant & Toddler Teacher

What You'll Do:
Provide nurturing, responsive, and individualized care for infants and toddlers
Create a safe, warm, and stimulating environment that supports early development and secure attachments
Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based experiences that support sensory, motor, language, and social-emotional development
Observe and document children's growth and milestones
Partner closely with families to support each child's unique needs and routines
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times
Maintain compliance with California Title 22 regulations and program policies
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
ECE Units required under California Title 22 for Infant/Toddler Teachers (including Infant/Toddler units, as applicable)
Ability to pass a criminal background check
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid California Teaching Permit or willingness to obtain upon hire
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early childhood development
Bonus Qualifications (Preferred):
Knowledge of DRDP (Infant/Toddler) implementation
Basic knowledge of the Environment Rating Scale (ITERS)
Experience working in an infant or toddler classroom
