Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support power plant conceptual design and capital project execution
- Serve as the project focal point for owners engineer services for power plant new build projects
- Perform electrical design, capital project oversite, and equipment selection
- Support equipment specifications, vendor oversite, and commissioning activities
- Translate project objectives into actionable plans that meet or exceed schedule and budget targets
- Prepare for and lead client meetings and technical discussions
- Provide field support (approximately 15-20%) for project execution

Minimum Requirements - Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- 8-15+ years of experience in:
- Power plant electrical design
- Power plant operations & maintenance
- Capital project management
- Demonstrated technical expertise in power plant electrical systems and preliminary design, with the ability to execute projects independently
