JOB OVERVIEW

Salary/Pay Rate: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour
Location: Rosendale, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 40–50 hours per week with occasional early starts and overtime
Project Scope: Operating concrete pump trucks and transporting materials for large reinforced concrete tanks, digesters, and agricultural infrastructure projects throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: CDL Class A License, Air Brake Endorsement

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will expertly operate and manage our Schwing 46-meter concrete pump truck during critical concrete placements.
You will coordinate seamlessly with foremen and crews to ensure efficient and safe concrete pouring operations.
You will perform thorough pump setup, cleanup, and routine maintenance, including lubrication and inspections.
You will safely transport a variety of construction equipment and materials to job sites using a semi-truck and trailer.
You will maintain an organized and efficient shop yard, managing equipment storage and material staging.
You will conduct basic equipment maintenance, ensuring our fleet is ready for upcoming projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You possess a valid CDL Class A License with an Air Brake Endorsement.
You have prior experience operating concrete pump trucks.
You are skilled in safely operating a semi-truck and trailer.
You have experience operating construction or heavy equipment.
You demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude.
You are comfortable working effectively in outdoor construction environments.
You have strong communication and teamwork skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You have extensive experience operating concrete pump trucks.
You possess knowledge of diesel engines.
You understand hydraulic systems.
You have experience with heavy equipment repair.
You have a background in the construction industry.
You are experienced in transporting a wide range of construction equipment.
