About the Role

Vice President of Marketing

We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing to build and lead a modern, high-impact marketing function at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice, strategy, and engine of a company as it scales and introduces new, technology-driven offerings in a specialized B2B services environment.

This role is for a builder and operator—someone who thrives in fast-moving settings, takes ownership of strategy and execution, and views marketing as a direct driver of revenue and market leadership.

What You'll Do

You will design and execute a marketing strategy that establishes market authority, generates a qualified pipeline, and supports sustained growth.

Build the Foundation

  • Define clear positioning, messaging, and a go-to-market strategy
  • Lead brand evolution and develop a high-performing website and digital presence
  • Establish the marketing technology stack, data infrastructure, and reporting

Drive Demand & Pipeline

  • Launch and scale multi-channel demand generation programs
  • Build a consistent, high-quality content engine (digital, thought leadership, and campaigns)
  • Own SEO, paid media, and emerging AI-driven discovery strategies
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on pipeline creation, conversion, and enablement

Create Scalable Growth Engines

  • Develop repeatable acquisition channels, including partnerships and referrals
  • Introduce innovative approaches to identify and engage in-market buyers
  • Own events, webinars, and industry visibility initiatives
  • Ensure all efforts tie back to measurable business outcomes

Scale the Function

  • Optimize performance through data, testing, and attribution
  • Build and mentor a lean, high-performing marketing team over time
  • Continuously evolve marketing into a predictable, ROI-driven growth engine
How You Work

What You Bring

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including leadership roles
  • Proven success in building or transforming a marketing function
  • Expertise across demand generation, content, digital marketing, and paid channels
  • Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Preferred

  • Background in professional services or complex B2B offerings
  • Experience marketing to sophisticated, enterprise-level buyers
  • Familiarity with emerging AI tools and modern search/discovery trends
  • Experience scaling marketing teams and infrastructure
