About the Role
Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on CNC Machine Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential across multiple shifts.
Summary: We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as CNC Machine Operators. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or those with some CNC experience to build their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
Load raw materials and unload finished components
Perform basic machining tasks including milling and finishing
Read and follow production paperwork and work instructions
Make minor adjustments to tooling and offsets as needed
Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards
Maintain machines including cleaning, chip removal, and basic upkeep
Move parts through different stages of the production process
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
0–2 years of manufacturing or CNC experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to read measurements and use basic inspection tools
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
