Compensation & Benefits - Salary: $70K - $90K DOE

What You'll Do - Provide high-level administrative and litigation support
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and filings
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys
- Handle state and federal e-filing
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics
- Maintain case files and assist with document production
- Support trial preparation and high-volume case management
What We're Looking For - Experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
