Corporate Safety Manager to lead safety strategy and environmental health & safety initiatives across multiple manufacturing operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive safety leader who enjoys partnering with operations, influencing organizational culture, and driving continuous improvement across a multi-site environment. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution while building strong relationships throughout the organization. This position is based in the Portland, OR area and requires regular travel to support facilities throughout North America.
What You'll Do• Lead corporate safety strategy across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Partner with operational leaders to build and strengthen a proactive safety culture.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve environmental health and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety requirements.
• Analyze safety metrics, incident trends, and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead incident investigations and oversee corrective and preventive action plans.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for leaders and employees.
• Conduct facility audits and support site safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Support emergency preparedness, risk management, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Coach site leadership on safety best practices and organizational accountability.
What We're Looking For• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive Environmental Health & Safety leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial operations-Global experience required
• Experience supporting multiple facilities or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety management systems, and risk mitigation practices.
• Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing leaders at all organizational levels.
• Experience leading incident investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel regularly in support of multiple manufacturing facilities.

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
