Position Summary:Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative.. This role will support daily customer interactions, order processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service. Candidates must have prior experience in call centers to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and product information
- Manage and process customer orders from entry through fulfillment
- Resolve customer issues related to orders and product concerns
- Update and maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and any potential delays
Qualifications:- Strong client and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
