About the Role

Customer Service Representative
Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Lakewood, CO.
LHH Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Customer Service Representative job in Lakewood, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour. You will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs during the temporary period (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Providing excellent customer service over phone, e-mail, and in person
-Processing and tracking sales orders in the database
-Managing all sale-related documents
-Updating customers of order status updates
-Monitoring inventory
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications
-At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Fluency in Spanish preferred
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $18.00 and $22.00
