Customer Service Representative We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers while managing order entry and order processing activities for our client's team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are entered accurately, inquiries are resolved promptly, and customer satisfaction remains a top priority. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication channels.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the ERP or order management system.
- Review orders for accuracy, pricing, product availability, and shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding orders, shipments, returns, and product information.
- Prepare quotes, enter purchase orders, and process order modifications as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and order documentation.
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to orders, billing, and shipping.
- Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assist customers with product selection, availability, lead times, and pricing inquiries.
- Generate reports related to customer orders, sales activity, and service metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service, order entry, inside sales support, or administrative experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- 100% onsite
- Pay $18- $22 an hour, depending on experience
