Position OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the financial services industry. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving client inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with account-related questions, services, and general support needs.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in company systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within the financial industry.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
Qualifications- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
