About the Role

Your role is to reach out, schedule virtual consultations, and guide clients through their coverage options in a professional and supportive environment.

This position offers the opportunity to build valuable communication and client service skills while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Understand client needs and provide guidance on available coverage options
  • Explain benefits clearly, answer questions, and assist with enrollment
  • Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
  • Participate in team calls, training sessions, and professional development meetings
  • Collaborate with teammates to share strategies and support team growth
