Sales Office Support Role
As a sales office support employee (w/m/d) in the Heidenheim office, you will support a team of five colleagues in the office, assisting our field sales staff and contributing significantly to the satisfaction of our members.
Although the position is initially for one year, we are interested in long-term cooperation.
Your Contributions
Telephone and personal consultation or support of members and interested parties
Consultation of assigned field sales staff in all insurance and savings inquiries
Digital application and process processing, including leading sales correspondence
Assistance in maintaining and actively expanding the portfolio
Creation of analyses on production results

Training as a merchant in insurance and financial services with a good final result
Strong customer orientation
