Granex Industries is seeking a CNC Operator Trainee to join our fast-paced stone-fabrication shop. This unique role will rotate between our Robotic Sawjet Department and CNC Router Department, learning to operate and program both types of CNC-controlled machinery. We will provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready for physical work in a loud production environment. Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation & Programming
Train to operate and program a Baca robotic sawjet (CNC-guided).
Train to operate a Northwood CNC router for stone countertop fabrication.
Material Handling & Physical Work
Safely push, pull, lift, and maneuver heavy stone slabs.
Crouch, bend, and reach as needed to set up and run equipment.
Quality & Organization
Follow shop tickets and production schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, orderly workspace to ensure safe, smooth operations.
Team Collaboration & Safety
Communicate and work well with team members across both departments.
Adhere to all OSHA and company safety policies, including PPE and machine-safety protocols.
