About the Role

We're Hiring: Human Resources Associate - Join Our Growing Team!

Do you have strong communication skills and a keen eye for attention to detail? We're on the hunt for a Human Resources Associate to join our Human Resources team. This position offers hands-on experience in basic HR principles, practices and employment regulations. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a role where organization and collaboration are crucial, we want to hear from you!

Pay:$22.00-$25.00 per hour commensurate on experience

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the Employee Relations (ER) team through administrative assistance and documentation management.
  • Support and assist the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documentation.
  • Track, file, and maintain compliance-related documentation and support internal audits.
  • Provide general administrative and project support.
  • Support compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What We're Looking For:
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative or support role preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • Strong understanding of basic HR principles, practices, and employment regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.


Needed Availability

Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p

Physical Requirements:
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.


Work Environment - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. This job is performed in an office environment.
