About the Role

Lendbuzz Training And Development Specialist

We are looking for an outstanding team member to join our Loan Servicing team who will play a key role in developing and delivering programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members ranging from newly hired personnel to existing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations, reference materials, and SOPs applicable to auto finance operations.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of information delivered, acting as a subject matter expert for our team members.
  • Conduct training needs assessment to identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities within the team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all training materials and programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Act as a co-facilitator or primary backup trainer for onboarding and continuing education sessions.
  • The unique ability to sit focused and build technical training content, then easily pivot into an enthusiastic, high-energy live presenter.
  • Ability to manage multiple small-to-medium design projects simultaneously.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in training and development/instructional design, preferably in auto finance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging visual content
  • High level of integrity
  • Strong sense of teamwork, yet able to work independently
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

$70,000 - $75,000 a year
