Enact the Registered Nurse role in a manner that promotes professional growth and development Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care through participation in unit and departmental quality improvement activities Assume the role of patient advocate through the upholding of patients legal, ethical and moral rights.Ensuring that care delivered is specific to the age, growth and development of neonates, pediatric and adult/geriatric patients as required Participates in all medical center performance improvement activities and will practice and demonstrate the principles of CQI in daily work assignments.
