The Mandate You will take ownership of a defined territory across the South East United States, with responsibility for generating and closing enterprise opportunities.This is a build role.You will be expected to create pipeline from first principles, engage senior stakeholders across customer experience, operations, and revenue leadership, navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments, and close high-value, multi-year enterprise deals.This role requires full ownership of the commercial outcome.Nature of the Sale This is not a generic SaaS sale.
You will be selling into organisations that already operate established technology ecosystems, positioning a solution focused on improving performance outcomes rather than replacing systems.The sales process is consultative and outcome-driven, multi-threaded across operational and commercial stakeholders, and focused on ROI, productivity, coaching effectiveness, and behavioural change.
Relevant Background and Experience This role is most suited to individuals currently operating as enterprise account executives or sales directors within environments such as contact centre technology, workforce engagement, optimisation or performance platforms, customer experience or Voice of Customer technology, and AI-driven coaching, analytics or operational performance tools.Candidates whose experience is primarily in broad, horizontal SaaS sales without exposure to contact centre or customer operations environments are unlikely to be a strong fit.
Experience selling against or alongside platforms such as NICE, Genesys, Five9, Talkdesk, Verint, Calabrio, Medallia, Qualtrics, Cresta, Observe.AI, CallMiner, Balto, ASAPP or similar environments would be especially relevant.Stakeholder Environment You will engage senior decision-makers responsible for performance, revenue, and customer operations, including Chief Revenue Officers, VP Sales, Heads of Contact Centre, and Customer Experience leaders.Credibility at this level is essential.
