Title: SAP GLM Consultant

Job Description:
Skills Desired:
1. Experience with SAP Global Label Management for S/4 HANA / ECC
2. Strong knowledge of labelling and EHS business processes, GHS Classifications
3. Experience in WWI configuration, template design, Generation Variants, Report Generation, Report Shipping, and Report Information System
4. Experience with GLM configuration, bar code, printer configuration, etc
5. Experience with the specification database and property tree Experience with EHS report symbols
6. Experience with generation of an MSDS and MSDS templates
7. Experience in EH&S Expert Rules
Responsibilities:
• Lead and optimize Database jobs for performance by collaborating with DBAs and implementing SQL coding and design changes within the job structure.
• Lead and actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data loading delays and database server outages, ensuring minimal disruption to data flow and system operations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Lead the planning, solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timeline
• Engage in periodic reviews of job logs and performance metrics to identify trends, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Troubleshooting production issues through meticulous job log reviews, implementing necessary design changes via change management and adhering to the code promotion process.
• Contributed to the development and maintenance of documentation for troubleshooting procedures, best practices, and system configurations, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and managing Change Requests
• Resolving data issues arising from load delays or database server downtimes, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing data processing workflows.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any:
• Strong technical expertise in legacy application modernization, including proficiency in ETL, Solution frameworks and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage business expectation efficiently
