Job Title: Cloud Engineer (AWS/DevSecOps) Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid / Remote)

Position Summary The Cloud Engineer will support day-to-day operations, automation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AWS and Databricks environments supporting the IRS Platform.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong experience in cloud-native technologies, automation, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and platform operations.
Key Responsibilities - Deploy and manage AWS cloud services.
- Support Databricks platform operations.
- Administer EKS clusters.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Develop Terraform automation.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
- Manage secrets and certificate rotation.
- Support 24x7 operational activities.
- Participate in incident response and problem management.
- Perform system patching and upgrades.
- Support platform integrations with enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of AWS cloud engineering experience.
- Experience with:

- VPC

- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting experience using Python or Bash.
Preferred Qualifications - AWS SysOps Administrator Certification.
