About the Role

Remote Work From Home Daily Recruiter

Daily Recruiter responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruit for multiple openings at one time.
  • Use internal tools to identify potential candidates for assigned requirements.
  • Work with sourcing team to maximize search capabilities.
  • Email merge potential candidates for assigned requirements.
  • Follow up immediately with call. Text as necessary.
  • Screen and qualify potential candidates for fit against current requirements.
  • Conduct technical or other professional interviews as required by clients.
  • Collect candidate right-to-represent forms and any other client required candidate documentation.
  • Negotiate pay packages based on position bill rate and target margins.
  • Prepare screened candidates' resumes and documentation for submittal to clients.
  • Capture any and all recruiting activity in ATS, JobDiva, in order to ensure accurate metrics.
  • Enter new and updated candidate resumes in ATS, JobDiva.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring quality entries into ATS, JobDiva.
  • Communicate with direct manager on a daily basis regarding assigned requirements, sourcing efforts, and candidate status.
  • Gather potential leads for business development team.
  • Answer incoming phone calls from candidates and customers.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a professional work environment at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Recruiting Objectives:

  • Meet immediate client requirements.
  • Develop long-term relationships with the best talent; build our contacts in our ATS System, JobDiva.
  • Utilize ATS System, JobDiva, Job Boards, and candidate hot lists. Generate new business opportunities.
