Chief Engineer (CHENG) of the Weapons and Energetics Department
You will serve as the Chief Engineer (CHENG) of the Weapons and Energetics Department, serving as the technical conscience of the D/E55 department.
You will be responsible for the promotion, mentorship, and workforce development of Subject Matter Experts and Deputy Technical Warrant Holders across Weapons and Targets subdisciplines.
You will be responsible for hosting and chairing SETR events at NAWCWD.
You will mentor engineers at an individual level and play a key role in developing the next generation of engineers at NAWCWD.
You will be required to have insight into the breadth and depth of technical activities in the Weapons and Energetics Department and provide technical input as necessary across the entire mission area.
