We're looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a collaborative, high-performing HR team supporting a dynamic, matrixed organization of approximately 1,200 employees. This is a high-visibility role where you'll be helping leaders translate business goals into actionable people strategies.
What You'll Do
As an HRBP, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, helping them build effective, resilient, and high-performing organizations.
Strategic Partnership
Partner directly with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and team performance
Support leadership teams in achieving strategic initiatives
Organizational Development & Workforce Planning
Lead and support organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning efforts
Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain succession plans and talent pipelines
Talent Management & Development
Drive succession planning and career pathing initiatives
Partner with leaders to develop high-potential talent
Support learning and development programs aligned to business needs
Change Management
Lead and support change initiatives, including reorganizations and cultural transformations
Help leaders navigate change with clear communication and structured approaches
Employee Relations & Coaching
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and fairness
Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, and employee engagement
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and team interventions
Compensation & HR Programs
Advise on compensation decisions (promotions, merit cycles, market adjustments)
Partner with HR teams on job design, grading, and recognition initiatives
What You BringMust-Have Qualifications
Experience working in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
Experience in organizational development and workforce planning
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and employee relations practices
Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels
Experience in matrixed or complex organizational environments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

This is a Contract position based out of Wayne, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $42.00/hr.
