  • Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), institutional stakeholders, and senior decision-makers

  • Drive adoption across academia, biopharma, biotech, and CRO segments

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with the APAC and global business requirements.

  • Identify areas of improvement and implement special projects as needed to drive the business and achieve sales goals

  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities, providing insightful feedback to the leadership team and other relevant departments.

  • Lead regional sales training and enablement initiatives

  • Engage in frequent travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities (up to 80% travel)

  • Deep understanding of academia, biopharma, and translational research environments

  • Scientific knowledge and understanding of the product portfolios

  • Experience in Spatial Biology is a strong asset.

  • Experience partnering with internal leaders at all levels

  • Success leading and developing a team (direct or indirect)

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, and influence without direct authority.

  • Strong written and oral communication

  • Fluency in English is essential

Leadership & Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and operational rigor

  • Proven ability to build, lead, and scale teams in complex, multicultural environments
