About the Role

At Sage Alliance Schools, we support students in grades 5–12 through rigorous academics paired with therapeutic services. Guided by care, resilience, and community, we prepare students to thrive inside and outside the classroom. Join our team and empower students to succeed.

As a Clinical Supervisor at Sage Alliance, you will lead with purpose to shape a therapeutic learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. You will guide clinical teams while partnering closely with educators to ensure each student’s social, emotional, and academic needs are met.

In this role, you will set the tone for a collaborative, compassionate culture. You will blend clinical expertise with strong leadership to support both staff development and student success. Your work will directly influence how therapeutic services integrate into the daily school experience.

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree in social work or counseling with a valid School Social Work certification

  • Proven experience supervising clinical staff and providing individual and group supervision

  • Strong knowledge of developmental theory and therapeutic interventions for students and families

  • Ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and families

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a school or clinical setting

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality therapeutic services aligned with Sage Alliance standards

  • Collaborate with school leadership to integrate clinical and academic programming for student success

  • Supervise therapists through coaching, evaluations, and ongoing professional development

  • Oversee student intake, assessments, and family engagement to support smooth transitions into the program

  • Monitor compliance, manage clinical documentation, and support conflict resolution across the school community

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Enjoy both paid time off and extra paid school breaks (for select roles), plus paid holidays

  • Wellness perks including gym discounts, mindfulness apps, and prescription savings

  • Tuition reimbursement, career development programs, and leadership training

  • 401(k) retirement savings with a 4% company match and immediate vesting

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Free Employee Assistance Program with confidential counseling, life coaching, and mental health resources

  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions at no cost to you
