Valued Team member: We are glad you are exploring new opportunities within Zimmer Biomet!What You Can Expect The Director Sales Excellence is responsible for partnering, supporting and consulting with business stakeholders, IT and Finance to optimize overall North Americas Salesperformance and ensure execution of the design, development, testing, validation, deployment, optimization, enhancement and recommendation of sales enablement related systems, activities and other applicable technologies (primarily INSIGHTZ and sales data analytics).
This position involves a high degree of partnership, consulting, analysis, detail/due diligence, autonomy, cross-functional coordination and interaction with multiple levels and functions within the organization.How You'll Create Impact
Partner and consult with various business stakeholders at both the Executive and Line level to solve business problems with process improvement and technical solutions in the Target Setting, Alignment and Business Planning space.
Interface with software vendors/partners and IT on the various lifecycle stages - design, develop, test, validate, deploy, administer, manage, control, optimize, ehance, etc. - of business solutions.
Lead the implementation and utilization of Sales Excellence initiatives in coordination with Sales Training, Marketing, Operations and Sales Leadership.
Act as a lead and subject matter expert on projects' collaborate and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams. Employ both process and technical expertise in solving complex criteria/situations.
Analyze, evaluate, develop and provide action plans and recommendations for the improvement of current state service offerings, processes, policies, procedures and practices.
Perform ad-hoc analysis using available tools and resources, leveraging the skills of those within and outside of the team.
Participate in the execution of functional test scripts, risk/issue identification and mitigation approaches.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of the Strategic Roadmap
Monitor and ensure data integrity of neglected Alignments, Targets and Business Plans as appropriate.
Maintain and communicate system metrics and sales performance to track trends in usage and data integrity.
Assist in the delivery of instructor-led in person and virtual training sessions that are tailored to functional groups. Create and implement change management plans related to learning, system adoption and related processes.

Your Background
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business, IT or other relevant field; MBA or graduate degree
Preferred Qualification: 5-7 years in a Finance, IT, Sales Operations or Sales Training area; including people leadership
Preferred Qualification: Five (5) years of experience in developing and implementing instructor-led and e-learning programs for technology systems implementations
Preferred Qualification: Previous experience working in healthcare
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 12 years of relevant experience AMER
