RSM is seeking a Business Analyst to support an Agile delivery team focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations.This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Write detailed user stories and own them through the full lifecycle Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions Support Agile delivery processes, operating within 2-week sprint cycles Track and manage work items using Azure DevOps (ADO) Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders and delivery teams Identify, communicate, and help resolve blockers proactively Present updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
